These bacon ranch pinwheels are a creamy, savory appetizer made with ranch-seasoned cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, and chives rolled into soft tortillas. They are chilled, sliced, and served as an easy crowd-pleasing snack or party bite.

Instructions 

  • In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning until smooth and well combined.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chives.
  • Lay the tortillas flat on a clean work surface and spread the filling evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • If using, sprinkle chopped romaine lettuce over the filling.
  • Roll each tortilla up tightly into a log, then wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  • Unwrap the chilled tortillas and slice each log into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife.
  • Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately.

Notes

For cleaner slices, chill the rolled tortillas well before cutting. You can substitute green onions for chives or use turkey bacon if preferred.
