Ingredients
8
ounce

1
packet
ranch seasoning mix
(1 ounce)
1
cup
shredded cheddar cheese
6
slice
bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
2
tbsp
chopped fresh chives
4
large flour tortillas
(10-inch)
1
cup
chopped romaine lettuce
(optional)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning until smooth and well combined.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chives.
Lay the tortillas flat on a clean work surface and spread the filling evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
If using, sprinkle chopped romaine lettuce over the filling.
Roll each tortilla up tightly into a log, then wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
Unwrap the chilled tortillas and slice each log into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife.
Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately.
Notes
For cleaner slices, chill the rolled tortillas well before cutting. You can substitute green onions for chives or use turkey bacon if preferred.
