Ingredients

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Wash the peaches thoroughly, cut them in half, and remove the pits.
  • Place the peach halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until combined.
  • Drizzle the mixture evenly over the peach halves.
  • Bake the peaches in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
  • Remove the peaches from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Serve warm, optionally topped with whipped cream, ice cream, or a sprinkle of chopped nuts.

Notes

For a vegan option, substitute the butter with coconut oil and use maple syrup instead of honey.
