A simple and delicious dessert featuring tender baked peaches with a sweet and spiced glaze.
Ingredients

ripe peaches

tbsp
unsalted butter
(melted)

tbsp
honey
1
tsp
vanilla extract

tsp
ground cinnamon
salt
(pinch)
whipped cream, ice cream, or chopped nuts
(optional, for serving)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Wash the peaches thoroughly, cut them in half, and remove the pits.
Place the peach halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until combined.
Drizzle the mixture evenly over the peach halves.
Bake the peaches in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
Remove the peaches from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve warm, optionally topped with whipped cream, ice cream, or a sprinkle of chopped nuts.
Notes
For a vegan option, substitute the butter with coconut oil and use maple syrup instead of honey.
