A simple and delicious breakfast bake made with just 5 ingredients, perfect for busy mornings.
Ingredients

fresh blueberries

rolled oats

milk
(dairy or plant-based)

maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
Spread the fresh blueberries evenly across the bottom of the prepared dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, eggs, and maple syrup. Stir until fully mixed.
Pour the oat mixture over the blueberries, spreading it evenly with a spoon.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the mixture is set.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving warm.
Notes
You can substitute honey for maple syrup if desired. Serve with yogurt or additional fresh fruit for a complete breakfast.
