  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  • Spread the fresh blueberries evenly across the bottom of the prepared dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, eggs, and maple syrup. Stir until fully mixed.
  • Pour the oat mixture over the blueberries, spreading it evenly with a spoon.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the mixture is set.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving warm.

Notes

You can substitute honey for maple syrup if desired. Serve with yogurt or additional fresh fruit for a complete breakfast.
