Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small oven-safe ramekin or baking dish.
In a blender, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, egg, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold the fresh blueberries into the blended mixture, reserving a few for topping if desired.
Pour the batter into the prepared ramekin or baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Top with the reserved blueberries for decoration.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm for a comforting treat!
