A delicious and comforting baked oats recipe with the flavors of blueberry cheesecake, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

Instructions 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small oven-safe ramekin or baking dish.
  • In a blender, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, egg, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold the fresh blueberries into the blended mixture, reserving a few for topping if desired.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared ramekin or baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • Top with the reserved blueberries for decoration.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm for a comforting treat!
