These Buffalo Chicken Sliders are a quick, cheesy, and crowd-pleasing appetizer or meal made with shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch, and toasted slider buns. They are perfect for game day, parties, or an easy weeknight dinner.

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or sheet pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, melted butter, ranch dressing, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated.
  • Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
  • Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the buns, then top with shredded cheese. Add chopped green onions if using.
  • Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.
  • Mix the melted butter with garlic powder and dried parsley, then brush the mixture over the tops of the buns.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for 5 to 7 more minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  • Let the sliders cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, use a sharp buffalo sauce or add more ranch dressing to taste. These sliders can also be made ahead and baked just before serving.
