These Buffalo Chicken Sliders are a quick, cheesy, and crowd-pleasing appetizer or meal made with shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch, and toasted slider buns. They are perfect for game day, parties, or an easy weeknight dinner.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or sheet pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, melted butter, ranch dressing, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated.
Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the buns, then top with shredded cheese. Add chopped green onions if using.
Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.
Mix the melted butter with garlic powder and dried parsley, then brush the mixture over the tops of the buns.
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for 5 to 7 more minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
Let the sliders cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, use a sharp buffalo sauce or add more ranch dressing to taste. These sliders can also be made ahead and baked just before serving.
