These cheesy pepperoni croissants are a fast, crowd-pleasing game day snack made with refrigerated crescent dough, pizza sauce, melty mozzarella, and pepperoni. They bake up golden, savory, and perfect for serving warm.

Oven
Ingredients
1
can

((8-count))
1/2
cup
pizza sauce or marinara sauce

cups

slices
pepperoni
1
tbsp
melted butter
1/2
tsp
garlic powder
1/2
tsp
Italian seasoning
1
tbsp
grated Parmesan cheese
chopped fresh parsley
(optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
Spread about 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce on each triangle, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle each triangle with mozzarella cheese, then top with 3 slices of pepperoni.
Starting at the wide end, roll each triangle up toward the point to form a croissant shape.
Place the croissants on the prepared baking sheet, point side down.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, then brush the mixture over the tops of the croissants.
Sprinkle the tops with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 11 to 14 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for 3 to 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, serve with warm pizza sauce or marinara for dipping. You can swap mozzarella for an Italian cheese blend if desired.
