- Prepare your biscuits: Crush the biscuits into varying sizes in a zip-top bag or with a food processor.
- Melt the base: Combine chocolate, butter, golden syrup, and cocoa powder in a heatproof bowl and melt over a bain-marie or in the microwave.
- Combine the magic: Add crushed biscuits to the melted chocolate mixture and stir until well combined.
- Press and chill: Line a baking tin with baking parchment, pour in the mixture, and press down firmly.
- Refrigerate to perfection: Chill for at least 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Slice and serve: Lift from the tin, slice into pieces and enjoy!
