  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips, reserving a few to sprinkle on top if desired.
  • Microwave the mug cake on high for 60-90 seconds, or until the cake has risen and is cooked through. Be careful not to overcook, as it can become dry.
  • Allow the mug cake to cool for 1-2 minutes before enjoying. Optional: Add a dollop of Greek yogurt or whipped cream on top for extra flavor.

Notes
