In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
In a mason jar or resealable container, add the rolled oats and milk. Stir to combine.
Layer the yogurt and cream cheese mixture over the oats, spreading it evenly.
Top with fresh blueberries, spreading them over the yogurt layer.
Cover the jar or container with a lid and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 6 hours).
In the morning, stir if desired, and sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top for a cheesecake-inspired crunch.
Notes
You can substitute the cream cheese with a dairy-free alternative for a vegan version. Adjust the sweetness to taste by adding more honey or maple syrup.
