Instructions
Slice the peeled and pitted peaches into smaller chunks for easier blending.
Place the peach chunks, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and water in a blender or food processor.
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
Pour the peach puree into a shallow, freezer-safe container and spread it evenly.
Cover the container and freeze for 4-5 hours, or until the sorbet is firm.
Once frozen, allow the sorbet to soften slightly at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy!
Notes
