Ingredients

scoop
vanilla protein powder
(about 30g)

tbsp
almond flour
(or oat flour)

unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4

baking powder

tbsp
maple syrup
(or honey)

unsweetened almond milk
(or any milk of choice)

vanilla extract

dark chocolate chips

Instructions
In a microwave-safe mug, combine the protein powder, almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix well to ensure there are no lumps.
Add the maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until you get a smooth and thick batter.
If desired, fold in dark chocolate chips for an extra chocolatey touch.
Place the mug in the microwave and cook on high for 60-90 seconds, or until the cake has risen and is firm to the touch.
Let the mug cake cool for 1-2 minutes before enjoying.
Notes
You can substitute almond flour with oat flour for a slightly different texture. Adjust microwave time based on your appliance's power.
