  • Blend until smooth and no chunks remain.
  • Pour the watermelon mixture into a shallow, freezer-safe container.
  • Cover the container and freeze for 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to break up ice crystals and ensure a smooth texture.
  • After the sorbet has reached your desired consistency, scoop into bowls and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use a ripe and sweet watermelon. Adjust sugar based on the natural sweetness of the fruit.
