Instructions
In a blender, combine milk, chilled coffee, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
Add the ice cubes and blend until smooth and creamy.
Add the crushed pumpkin cookies to the blender and pulse a few times to incorporate without overblending.
Pour the frappuccino into a glass or serving cup.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice or additional crushed pumpkin cookies for garnish.

Notes
For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee. Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less brown sugar.
