These garlic Parmesan cheeseburger bombs are stuffed with seasoned beef and cheddar cheese, then baked inside golden biscuit dough. Finished with garlic butter, Parmesan, and parsley, they make a fun and satisfying meal or appetizer.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Stir the shredded cheddar cheese into the cooled beef mixture.
Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a 4- to 5-inch circle.
Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough up and around the filling, pinching tightly to seal and forming a ball.
Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic. Brush the tops of the bombs with the garlic butter.
Sprinkle each bomb with Parmesan cheese, parsley, and sesame seeds if using.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm.
Notes
Make sure the beef mixture cools slightly before adding the cheddar so it does not melt too early. You can swap cheddar for Monterey Jack or mozzarella if desired, and the sesame seeds are optional for extra texture.
