Instructions
Brew a strong chai tea using your preferred tea bag or loose-leaf chai blend. Set aside 1/2 cup.
In a small saucepan, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
Heat the mixture over medium heat, whisking constantly, until hot but not boiling. Remove from heat.
Pour the brewed chai tea into a mug, then carefully add the pumpkin milk mixture. Stir to combine.
Optional: Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with ground cinnamon for garnish.

Notes
You can adjust the sweetness and spice levels to your preference. Use almond milk or oat milk for a dairy-free option.
