  • Brew a strong chai tea using your preferred tea bag or loose-leaf chai blend. Set aside 1/2 cup.
  • In a small saucepan, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
  • Heat the mixture over medium heat, whisking constantly, until hot but not boiling. Remove from heat.
  • Pour the brewed chai tea into a mug, then carefully add the pumpkin milk mixture. Stir to combine.
  • Optional: Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with ground cinnamon for garnish.
