These sweet and tangy crockpot meatballs are an easy crowd-pleaser for parties, game day, or a simple weeknight dinner. They simmer in a flavorful honey BBQ sauce until hot, coated, and ready to serve.

Instructions 

  • Place the frozen meatballs in the crockpot.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce, honey, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  • Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs and stir gently to coat evenly.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours, stirring once or twice if possible.
  • Once the meatballs are heated through and the sauce is thickened, serve warm directly from the crockpot.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, remove the lid during the last 20 to 30 minutes of cooking. You can also keep the meatballs on the warm setting for serving at parties.
