- In a large bowl, beat softened butter and sugars until light and fluffy, then mix in eggs and vanilla until well combined.
- Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl, then gradually beat them into the butter mixture until blended. Stir in chocolate chips and Mallow Bits, then cover and chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Drop 2 tablespoon portions of dough onto lined baking sheets and bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are lightly browned. Cool cookies on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
Make sure to use Mallow Bits, as mini marshmallows can become sticky. Do not use sugar-free hot cocoa mix for best results.
