  • Preheat the oven to 375b0F (190b0C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Stir in the cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, jalapefos, bacon, garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly combined.
  • Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs with the melted butter, then sprinkle evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
  • Let the dip cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with green onions and serve warm.

Notes

For extra heat, leave some of the jalapef1o seeds in the dip. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced vegetables.
