  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, and mix until the batter is smooth and no lumps remain.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
