Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, and mix until the batter is smooth and no lumps remain.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan before slicing. Optionally, dust the top with powdered sugar for a decorative finish.
