Instructions
In a microwave-safe mug, add the protein powder, almond flour, cocoa powder (if using), and baking powder. Stir well to combine.
Add the egg, milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener to the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly until a smooth batter forms, ensuring no lumps remain.
If desired, gently fold in chocolate chips or chopped nuts for added texture and flavor.
Microwave the mug on high for 60-90 seconds, depending on your microwave's power. The cake should rise and be set but still moist to the touch.
Remove the mug from the microwave and allow it to cool for 1-2 minutes before enjoying.
Notes
