A quick and easy chocolate peanut butter mug cake that’s perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth in just one minute!
Ingredients

all-purpose flour

unsweetened cocoa powder

granulated sugar

baking powder
salt
(pinch)

milk
(or non-dairy alternative)

peanut butter

tbsp
vegetable oil
(or melted butter)

vanilla extract
chocolate chips or chopped peanuts
(optional, for topping)
Instructions
In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt until evenly combined.
Add the milk, peanut butter, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and stir until a smooth batter forms.
Optionally, sprinkle a few chocolate chips or chopped peanuts on top of the batter.
Microwave the mug cake on high power for 45-60 seconds, or until the cake has risen and is set in the center. Avoid overcooking.
Carefully remove the mug from the microwave (it will be hot) and let it cool for 1-2 minutes before enjoying.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder. Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
