These Pumpkin Oreo Balls are a rich, no-bake treat made with crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and warm pumpkin spice. Coated in white chocolate and finished with festive garnish, they are perfect for fall gatherings or holiday dessert trays.
In a large bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies, softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon until fully combined and thick enough to shape.
Scoop the mixture into 1-inch portions and roll each portion into a smooth ball. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Chill the Oreo balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
Melt the white chocolate or candy melts according to package directions.
Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each chilled ball into the melted coating, allowing any excess to drip off before returning it to the baking sheet.
Immediately sprinkle with crushed Oreo crumbs or orange sprinkles, if desired.
Refrigerate the coated balls for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the coating is set.
Serve chilled and store leftovers in the refrigerator.
Notes
For easier dipping, keep the balls well chilled before coating. If the mixture feels too soft to roll, chill it briefly before shaping. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for best texture.
