A guilt-free, low-calorie version of the classic pumpkin spice latte, perfect for fall mornings.
Ingredients

unsweetened almond milk
(or any low-calorie milk alternative)

pumpkin puree

pumpkin pie spice

vanilla extract

Instructions
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the almond milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
Stir the mixture frequently and heat until steaming but not boiling, about 3-5 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from heat and whisk vigorously or use a milk frother to create foam.
Brew your coffee or prepare your espresso and pour it into your favorite mug.
Slowly pour the pumpkin spice milk mixture over the coffee, holding back the foam with a spoon if needed. Then, spoon the foam on top.
Taste and add maple syrup or your preferred sweetener to adjust sweetness.
Optional: Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice for extra flair.
