Place the container in the freezer and allow the sorbet to freeze for 4-6 hours, stirring every hour to break up ice crystals and create a smooth texture.
Once fully frozen and smooth, scoop the sorbet into serving bowls and garnish with additional lime zest or fresh mint leaves, if desired.
