A refreshing and healthy summer dessert made with fresh watermelon, honey, and lime juice, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

fresh watermelon
(cubed and seeds removed)

honey
(or maple syrup for a vegan option)

freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions
Place the watermelon cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the honey (or maple syrup), lime juice, and a pinch of salt to the blender. Blend again until fully combined.
Pour the blended watermelon mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container, making sure not to exceed the max fill line.
Cover the container with its lid and freeze for at least 24 hours to ensure it is completely solid.
Once frozen, remove the container from the freezer and place it into the Ninja Creami machine following the manufacturer’s instructions.
Select the 'Sorbet' mode on the Ninja Creami and process until creamy and smooth.
If needed, you can re-spin the sorbet for a smoother texture or add a splash of water if it’s too thick.
Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and freeze for later enjoyment.
Notes
For a vegan option, substitute honey with maple syrup. Ensure the watermelon is fully frozen for the best texture.
