A refreshing and healthy summer dessert made with fresh watermelon, honey, and lime juice, perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

Instructions 

  • Place the watermelon cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add the honey (or maple syrup), lime juice, and a pinch of salt to the blender. Blend again until fully combined.
  • Pour the blended watermelon mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container, making sure not to exceed the max fill line.
  • Cover the container with its lid and freeze for at least 24 hours to ensure it is completely solid.
  • Once frozen, remove the container from the freezer and place it into the Ninja Creami machine following the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Select the 'Sorbet' mode on the Ninja Creami and process until creamy and smooth.
  • If needed, you can re-spin the sorbet for a smoother texture or add a splash of water if it’s too thick.
  • Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and freeze for later enjoyment.

Notes

For a vegan option, substitute honey with maple syrup. Ensure the watermelon is fully frozen for the best texture.
