A delicious and refreshing fall-inspired drink made with pumpkin puree, warm spices, and espresso.

Ingredients

Instructions 

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the milk to the saucepan and whisk until fully combined and warm, but not boiling. Remove from heat.
  • Brew your espresso or strong coffee and let it cool slightly.
  • Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the espresso over the ice.
  • Carefully pour the pumpkin spice milk mixture over the espresso and ice, stirring gently to combine.
  • Top with whipped cream if desired and sprinkle with a pinch of pumpkin pie spice for garnish.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade iced pumpkin spice latte!

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup. For a stronger pumpkin flavor, increase the amount of pumpkin puree slightly.
